In 2012 – after encourangement from members of the property investment industry, who were finding it difficult to find a solicitor who understood  property  investment, Amanda formed Bridge Legal. The firm was specifically established to assist clients of referrer organisations such as Property Investor Acquisition Facilitators, Financial Planners, Finance Brokers and Accounting Practices. Amanda’s vast understanding of the financial planning sector and investor finance lending attracted Financial Planning practices seeking her assistance to provide legal professional services in relation to finance, property transactions and estate planning for their client investors. Finance lending for investors being vastly diverse to that of an everyday conveyance, Amanda’s patience and experience with developers, clients and banks ensures matters are settled with minimum  delays to all parties.

Bridge Legal acts for investor purchasers in New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, South Australia and Tasmania which makes their services unique as clients are not forced to use different legal practices in each state they may invest in.
